Problem Note 46072: An "Unable to execute query.." Java exception error appears when opening the Text Topic node interactive viewer

In SAS® Text Miner, you might receive a Java exception when you open the interactive window in the Text Filter node. The problem occurs when you have Turkish encoding, locale, and language settings enabled:
java.sql.SQLException: Unable to execute query: SQL Passthru expression contained these errors: ERROR: The value TEXTTOPIC_TOPICS_INTERACTIVE is not a valid SAS name.
A second error appears:

There is no workaround.
